If I am locked out of my BLS account, how can I fix it?

Temporary Account Locking happens after 5 incorrect log-in attempts. These log-in attempts can happen in the background with saved passwords/settings. If you are locked out of your BLS account, you have two options. 1) You can wait 30 minutes THEN try logging in again, or 2) If you need to get in immediately, change your password using our password reset tool at https://reset.brooklaw.edu After you've reset your password, don't forget to update your KeyChain (for Macs), Wi-Fi settings, Outlook and Microsoft Apps, and saved passwords in your browsers.
